Welcome to Client Acquisition Academy (“CAA,” “CAA+,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or opting in to our SMS services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description
CAA and CAA+ provide coaching, training, resources, and community support for financial advisors and professionals seeking to grow their practices. Participants can expect live group coaching sessions, recorded trainings, mini-courses, case studies, community discussions, event reminders, and SMS notifications (if opted in).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our programs. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Membership and Payment
Access to CAA+ is subscription-based. Fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if payment fails or account misuse is detected.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages about coaching reminders, community updates, event details, and promotional offers.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Use of Services
You agree to use CAA and CAA+ resources for personal and professional development purposes only. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or resell program materials without prior written consent.
Share account login information with non-members.
Engage in disruptive or abusive behavior within the community or during coaching sessions.
Use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through CAA and CAA+ — including but not limited to training videos, scripts, templates, logos, and frameworks — are the property of Client Acquisition Academy. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimers
Coaching and training provided by CAA are for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for implementing strategies and making business decisions.
We make no guarantees of specific results or earnings. Individual success depends on effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership or SMS subscription at our discretion, including for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
