Client Acquisition Academy Plus (CAA+)

Welcome to Client Acquisition Academy (“CAA,” “CAA+,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in CAA+, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Program Overview

Client Acquisition Academy Plus (“CAA+”) is a paid coaching and support program for financial advisors and professionals seeking to improve client acquisition, prospecting conversations, and consistency.

CAA+ is offered in two formats:

CAA+ Accelerator, a structured 90-day coaching program

CAA+ Momentum, an ongoing monthly coaching membership

The Accelerator and Momentum programs differ in structure, duration, and level of support. Participation in CAA+ does not guarantee specific results.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in CAA+. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


3. CAA+ Accelerator (90-Day Program)

Accelerator Term

The CAA+ Accelerator is a 90-day program beginning on the date of enrollment.

Accelerator fees are billed upfront or according to an agreed-upon payment plan.

All Accelerator fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Services Included During the Accelerator

During the 90-day Accelerator term, participants may receive:

A kickoff strategy session to review current prospecting approach, pipeline, and messaging

Weekly live group coaching calls

One-on-one coaching sessions, scheduled as determined and mutually agreed upon by CAA and the advisor

Feedback on discovery calls, talk tracks, and messaging

Access to CAA training resources, scripts, frameworks, templates, and recorded content

Accountability, guidance, and execution support

Access to the private CAA+ community

Specific delivery, scheduling, and scope of services may vary based on program needs and advisor participation.


4. Automatic Transition to Momentum Membership

Automatic Enrollment

At the conclusion of the 90-day Accelerator term, your membership will automatically transition into the CAA+ Momentum monthly subscription, unless cancelled prior to the end of the Accelerator term.

By enrolling in the Accelerator, you expressly authorize CAA to:

Automatically enroll you in Momentum following the Accelerator

Automatically charge your payment method on file for the Momentum membership at the then-current monthly rate

Momentum Billing

Momentum is billed on a recurring monthly basis

Billing will continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy

Cancellation of Momentum does not affect fees already paid for the Accelerator

You are responsible for cancelling the Momentum membership if you do not wish to continue beyond the Accelerator.


5. CAA+ Momentum Membership (Monthly)

Services Included in Momentum

Momentum members receive:

Weekly live group coaching calls

Continued access to CAA training resources, scripts, templates, and recordings

Continued access to the private CAA+ community

Ongoing coaching and accountability support

Momentum is designed for ongoing improvement and consistency. It does not include a formal kickoff or guaranteed one-on-one sessions unless explicitly stated.


6. Cancellation Policy

Momentum membership may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation must be completed through the method provided at checkout or by contacting support at [email protected].

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Accelerator fees are non-refundable and not affected by Momentum cancellation.


7. Use of Services

You agree to use CAA+ services for personal and professional development purposes only. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or resell program materials without written permission

Share login credentials with non-members

Engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

Use services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

CAA reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards.


8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through CAA+ including training content, scripts, templates, frameworks, recordings, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of Client Acquisition Academy.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.


9. Disclaimers

CAA+ provides coaching and education only. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or compliance advice.

No guarantees are made regarding income, revenue, client acquisition, or results. Outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and implementation.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in CAA+ or use of its services.


11. Suspension or Termination

CAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to CAA+ for non-payment, misuse, or behavior that disrupts the community.

Termination does not relieve you of responsibility for outstanding fees incurred prior to termination.


12. SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS communications, you may receive messages related to coaching reminders, community updates, and program information.

You may cancel SMS at any time by texting STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.


14. Changes to Terms

CAA may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
