Great Leaders and Mentors are hard to come by at any point in history or one's career. I've known Andy for approximately six months and trust this is the beginning of a long fruitful friendship and relationship. When speaking of Andy and his abilities in all respects, it comes with the greatest respect, admiration and of the highest value. Without reservation, he covers all the bases so very well; from coaching, challenging a person's belief systems, to listening, understanding, offering advice and ideas, pointing you in the correct direction, helping you find your path as great mentors do. He's not afraid to call you out and hold you accountable. His desire and passion are you succeeding, plain and simple as that sounds. An exceptional leader, Ermos is calm in a crisis, leads by example not by authority, is always trying to find the best solution for all parties in any situation and truly leads by trying to 'serve' the people he cosches. Ermos is a gifted and inspiring public speaker. He is usually the hardest worker in any room, and he does it all with a genuine warmth, sense of humour and enthusiastic good cheer. I have worked under Ermos for 4 years and along side him for 20 years and he is the very best.
Ermos' coaching has been absolutely essential to my new found success. I have had occasion to work with some very well regarded coaches over the past 15 years in the financial industry, but I state quite emphatically that everything about Ermos' approach is easily the most effective and engaging coaching I have received.
